Pet Safety

For the safety of our crew and your pets:

• All pets must be secured in a locked room not accessed by our team.

• Client is fully responsible for any injuries caused by unsecured animals.

Liability

Client agrees to maintain a safe environment. Cleaning Chaos LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by:

• Unsafe or hazardous conditions

• Client negligence

Scope of Work

Services are performed based on the original service agreement.
Additions or changes must be made in writing and approved by both parties.

Photos & Media

• We do not share or post any images or recordings without your written consent.

• Before and after photos of cleaned areas will be taken for verification and internal records.

Recording Notice

To ensure safety and transparency, Cleaning Chaos LLC may record video and audio of our crew while on-site.

Right to Refuse

Cleaning Chaos LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason.
No fees will be charged if service is declined before cleaning begins.
